Applications are invited from suitable candidates against the following positions for Skill Development Project(s) in Traditional Handicraft and Modular Employable Skills for special category of beneficiaries such as Minorities, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) etc., being implemented in all 30 districts of Odisha by Nilachal Seva Pratisthan, a leading NGO of Odisha.

TERMS OF REFERENCE:

 

Project Manager
1 Domain : Overall Project Management of Placement linked Skill Development Training Programme
2 Name of the Post : Project Manager
3 Tenure : The engagement is purely contractual basis at mutual agreed terms. The contract may be renewed from time to time.
4 Scope of Work/ Job Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables :

To act as Team Leader to ensure successful implementation of Skill Development Projects especially for

  • Planning, Budgeting, Formulation of Strategy, Rollout Methodology for Implementation of Skill Development Training Programmes within the purview of guidelines of respective projects/schemes.
  • Take up Identification and Survey for finalization of training centres locations, Beneficiaries , Resources and other stake holders
  • Planning, Deployment and Management of Resources/ Manpower/ Logistics
  • Manage all stake Holders , Liasioning & Communications with various Govt./Non-Govt. Agencies, Funding Agencies, Consultants.
  • Rapport building with various suitable Agencies/ Govt. Departments/ Corporate/Individuals for convergence and linking of required facilities/services in relation to the programme.
  • Vendor/Service Provider/Training Partner Process management
  • Monitoring and Supervision all activities for timely rollout and implementation of each programme components.
  • Ensure proper Management Information System, Timely Reporting and Escalation Measures to concerned quarters.
  • Help the Management Committee for decision making and risk management process.
  • Act as a Team Leader and drive the team in a positive direction with control and to ensure a win-win situation all along.
  • Oversee the entire domain to ensure timely achievement of financial and physical targets along with other service deliverables at the Field and Control Office.
  • Image Building of the programme and organisation and converting into Centre of Excellence.
5 Qualification : Master Degree in Business Administration/or any suitable Qualification
6 Experience : Three years experience in Project Management in similar project
7 Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration up to Rs. 25k to 30k per month
8 Place of Posting : Headquarters of organisation

 

ACCOUNTS MANAGER:
1 Domain : Finance and Accounts
2 Name of the Post : Accounts Manager
3 Tenure : The engagement is purely contractual basis at mutual agreed terms. The contract may be renewed from time to time.
4 Scope of Work/ Job Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables :

He/she shall discharge the following assignments:

  • Prepare Financial Planning, Budgeting and Fund Flow statement
  • Ensure Timely utilization of Funds as per funds flow planning
  • Manage Bank Accounts
  • Vendor Process and Management with the approval of PMT
  • Prepare Journal, Cash Book, Ledgers and Trial Balance
  • Physical Verification of authenticity of expenditures.
  • Preservation of Records & Vouchers into Safe Custody
  • Inventory and Asset Management
  • Record keeping of all Allied Financial Components
  • Deliver Financial Process as per GFR
  • Audit and Financial MIS
5 Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce with sound knowledge of MS Office and Tally & ERP
6 Experience : Three years experience in similar project
7 Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration up to Rs. 15,000/- per month
8 Place of Posting : Headquarters of organisation

 

Field Coordinator(s)
1 Domain : Field Level Coordination within Training Centres, Control Office and Merchandisers
2 Name of the Post : Field Coordinator
3 Tenure : The engagement is purely contractual basis at mutual agreed terms. The contract may be renewed from time to time.
4 Scope of Work/ Job Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables :

He/she shall discharge the following assignments:

  • Provide support and help to Project Management Team in Collection of Information, Survey, Identification and Selection of Training Centres as per the criteria .
  • Rapport building with local PRI members, Bankers, Local Administration, Govt. Departments Merchandisers and various stake holders of the project.
  • Logistic Support to Training Centres.
  • Facilitate support to beneficiaries for field visits, organizing workshops and logistics management thereon.
  • Ensure smooth running of Training Centres.
  • Preparation of Reports and MIS.
5 Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
6 Experience : Three years experience in similar project Sound knowledge of the locality, livelihood, customs and religion
7 Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration up to Rs. 10,000/- per month
8 Place of Posting : Assigned Field Location in the Project Area

 

MIS EXECUTIVE
1 Domain : Maintain database and documentation of Trainees, Centres, Trainers, Resource Persons, Employers Placement Details, Product details and Income details of beneficiaries
2 Name of the Post : MIS EXECUTIVE
3 Tenure : The engagement is purely contractual basis at mutual agreed terms. The contract may be renewed from time to time.
4 Scope of Work/ Job Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables :

He/she shall discharge the following assignments:

  • Provide support and help to Project Management Team in Survey and Identification of Training Centres as per the criteria
  • Rapport building with local PRI members, Bankers, Govt. administration, Merchandisers and various stake holders of the project
  • Logistic Support to Training Centres
  • Ensure smooth running of Training Centres
  • Preparation of Reports and MIS
5 Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with PGDCA having profound knowledge in MS Office, Photoshop, DTP and Internet.
6 Experience : Three Years
7 Remuneration : Consolidated remuneration up to Rs. 15,000/- per month
8 Place of Posting : Headquarters of Organisation
