Training

First of all we need to know the gap areas where the training is needed. To identify these gaps we put various analysis there. This involves finding answers to questions whether training is actually needed or which are the areas that need an improvement through training. Our success in getting young people into work stems from our belief that hard skills training alone is simply not enough. By developing the behavioural & leadership, skills of our trainees we hope to bring about real changes in how they think, how they view themselves, how they plan for their future, and how they perceive their place in society. Leadership development, capacity building and skill development training are regular activities of NSP. Various kinds of training activities are undertaken to increase the potential of human resources as service providers, employment generation and creating opportunity for self employment.
